Future Focused Australia is a small business, passionate about developing ‘in person’ communication skills that young people and small businesses need now and in the future.

Carmel, the founder of Future Focused Australia, has worked with children of all ages for over 20 years. She completed her Bachelor of Education in 2008 and has worked as a Primary teacher in different schools and capacities ever since. She has always had a passion for Public Speaking. When working as a ‘Head Counsellor’ at an American Summer camp, Carmel developed an appreciation and understanding of how to work and communicate more efficiently in group settings and has since developed programs to foster ‘in person’ communication, problem solving and leadership skills. Carmel lives in Sydney with her husband and 3 young boys.

Carmel has a current WWCC number as well as current First Aid and CPR certificates.
