One on One and Small Group Coaching
From $60
One on One and small group sessions allow for a more focused approach, directly targeting your needs. Sessions can range from 45-60mins and will have no more than 4 participants. Sessions can be ongoing or one off if preparing for a speech, a ‘first job’ interview or other presentation.
Public Speaking Workshops
Vacation Care from $100/day
After school and vacation care workshops allow us to work on all aspects of speech writing and delivery. From planning and structuring your speech, to developing confident manner and learning how to think on your feet. These workshops are conducted in a fun and engaging way with hands on activities and plenty of time up the front speaking.

Our targeted workshops are for Universities, Schools and Small Businesses, or any other kind of team that needs to work together. These targeted workshops help promote understanding of others and how they work, communication for different purposes, problem solving and team work. Each program is tailored to meet your needs and developed in collaboration with you to ensure we are working towards your specific goals.

Future Focused Australia is a small business, passionate about developing ‘in person’ communication skills that young people and small businesses need now and in the future. These include public speaking, team work, effective communication, problem solving and leadership skills.
Carmel, the founder of Future Focused Australia, has worked with children of all ages for over 20 years. She completed her Bachelor of Education in 2008 and has worked as a Primary teacher in different schools and capacities ever since. She has always had a passion for Public Speaking. When working as a ‘Head Counsellor’ at an American Summer camp, Carmel developed an appreciation and understanding of how to work and communicate more efficiently in group settings and has since developed programs to foster ‘in person’ communication, problem solving and leadership skills.
Carmel lives in Sydney with her husband and 3 young boys.
Carmel has a current WWCC number as well as current First Aid and CPR certificates.
